ReCollect(이하 "앱")는 ED Soft가 만든 사진 앨범 앱입니다.
날짜와 장소로 추억 사진을 모아 감성 앨범을 만들고, 사진첩을 정리할 수 있어요.
ED Soft는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 꼭 필요한 최소한의 정보만을
다음과 같이 처리합니다. 이 앱은 회원가입이 없으며, 이용자를 식별할 수 있는
이름·이메일·전화번호 등을 수집하지 않습니다.

처리하는 정보와 목적
앱은 아래 정보를 각 기능을 제공하기 위한 목적에 한해서만 처리합니다.

이용자의 사진은 기본적으로 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.
AI 자동 꾸미기 기능을 직접 실행할 때에 한해서만 해당 사진이 분석을 위해 전송됩니다.

기기 권한 안내
앱은 기능 제공을 위해 다음 권한을 사용하며, 권한 허용은 이용자가 선택할 수 있습니다.
- 사진 및 미디어 접근 - 앨범을 만들고 비슷한 사진을 찾기 위해 사용합니다. 원하는 사진만 선택해 허용할 수도 있습니다.
- 미디어 위치 정보 접근 - 사진에 담긴 촬영 위치를 읽어 "그때 다녀온 장소"별로 사진을 모아 보여주기 위해 사용합니다.
- 인터넷·네트워크 상태 - AI 꾸미기, 구독 확인, 광고 표시를 위해 사용합니다.
이용자가 선택하지 않은 사진은 앱이 읽지 않으며, 어떤 사진도 이용자의 동의 없이 삭제되지 않습니다.

AI 기능과 제3자 처리
AI 자동 꾸미기·문구 다듬기 기능은 ED Soft가 운영하는 서버(Google Firebase Cloud Functions)를
거쳐 AI 분석 서비스(Anthropic Claude API)를 호출합니다.
- 이용자가 AI 기능을 직접 실행할 때에만 해당 사진 또는 입력한 문구가 분석을 위해 전송됩니다.
- 전송된 사진·문구는 분석 응답을 만드는 데에만 사용되며, ED Soft는 이를 별도로 저장하지 않습니다.
- API 키 등 민감한 정보는 앱에 포함되지 않고 서버에만 보관되어, 안전하게 관리됩니다.

광고
앱은 무료 이용자에게 Google AdMob 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. 이 과정에서 AdMob은
광고 제공을 위한 기기 식별자 등을 처리할 수 있으며, 자세한 내용은
Google 개인정보처리방침을
따릅니다. 프리미엄(광고 제거) 구독 이용자에게는 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.

결제 정보
프리미엄 구독 결제는 Google Play 결제 시스템을 통해 처리됩니다.
ED Soft는 카드번호 등 이용자의 결제 수단 정보를 직접 수집하거나 보관하지 않으며,
구독이 유효한지 확인하기 위한 구매 정보만 처리합니다.

보관 및 파기
- 이용자가 만든 앨범과 사진은 이용자의 기기에 저장되며, 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.
- AI 분석을 위해 일시적으로 전송된 사진·문구는 응답 생성 후 별도로 저장되지 않습니다.
- 익명 식별자는 남용 방지 목적을 위해서만 사용되며, 이용자를 개인적으로 식별하지 않습니다.

아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 기기 설정에서 사진·위치 권한을 변경하거나, 앱을 삭제하여 기기에 저장된

이 개인정보처리방침은 법령이나 서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 이 페이지를 통해

ReCollect ("the App") is a photo album app created by ED Soft.
It helps you collect memory photos by date and place, create emotional albums, and organize your photo library.
ED Soft values your privacy and processes only the minimum information necessary as described below.
The App does not require sign-up and does not collect information that directly identifies you,
such as your name, email address, or phone number.

A selected photo is transmitted for analysis only when you directly run the AI auto-decoration feature.

Device Permissions
The App uses the following permissions to provide its features, and you can choose whether to allow them.
- Photo and media access - Used to create albums and find similar photos. You may also allow access only to selected photos.
- Media location information access - Used to read location metadata in photos and group them by places you visited.
- Internet and network status - Used for AI decoration, subscription verification, and displaying ads.
The App does not read photos you have not selected, and no photos are deleted without your consent.

AI Features and Third-Party Processing
The AI auto-decoration and caption-refinement features call an AI analysis service
(Anthropic Claude API) through servers operated by ED Soft (Google Firebase Cloud Functions).
- The relevant photo or entered text is transmitted for analysis only when you directly run an AI feature.
- Transmitted photos and text are used only to generate the analysis response, and ED Soft does not store them separately.
- Sensitive information such as API keys is not included in the App and is stored only on the server, where it is managed securely.

Advertising
The App may display Google AdMob ads to free users. In this process, AdMob may process device identifiers
and related information needed to provide ads. For more details, please see the
Google Privacy Policy.
Ads are not displayed to users with a premium ad-removal subscription.

Payment Information
Premium subscription payments are processed through the Google Play billing system.
ED Soft does not directly collect or store your payment method information, such as card numbers.
ED Soft processes only the purchase information needed to verify whether your subscription is valid.

Retention and Deletion
- Albums and photos you create are stored on your device and are deleted together when you delete the App.
- Photos and text temporarily transmitted for AI analysis are not stored separately after the response is generated.
- Anonymous identifiers are used only to prevent abuse and do not personally identify you.

Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 14 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

Your Rights
You can change photo and location permissions at any time in your device settings,
or delete the App to remove all data stored on your device. You may contact us using the information below
for questions about privacy processing.

Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated due to changes in laws or services.
When it is updated, we will provide notice of the changes and effective date on this page.
