ODDAY 개인정보처리방침

ODDAY는 사용자가 시간, 예산, 에너지에 맞는 작은 미션을 받고, 사진과 짧은 기록으로 완료를 남기며, 친구 또는 그룹과 미션을 공유할 수 있는 앱입니다. 본 방침은 ODDAY가 어떤 정보를 처리하고 어떻게 보호하는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집 또는 처리하는 정보

  • 익명 계정 정보: ODDAY는 기본적으로 Firebase 익명 로그인을 사용합니다. 이름이나 이메일 주소를 필수로 요구하지 않으며, 앱 데이터 연결을 위해 무작위 익명 사용자 ID가 생성됩니다.
  • 프로필 및 친구 정보: 닉네임, 친구 코드, 언어 설정, 친구 요청, 친구 관계, 차단 또는 연결 해제 상태 등이 저장될 수 있습니다.
  • 미션 기록: 선택한 시간·예산·에너지, 추천 또는 커스텀 미션, 미션 시작/완료 상태, 완료 횟수, XP, 배지, 취향 지도 통계 등이 저장될 수 있습니다.
  • 완료 기록: 사용자가 직접 작성한 짧은 감상, 선택한 반응, 미션 제목, 완료 시각, 공유 대상 정보가 저장될 수 있습니다.
  • 사진: 사용자가 카메라로 촬영하거나 갤러리에서 선택한 미션 완료 사진은 사용자가 완료 공유를 선택한 경우 Firebase Storage에 업로드될 수 있습니다.
  • 친구 및 그룹 활동: 그룹 이름, 그룹 이모지, 구성원 ID, 그룹 미션 진행도, 친구에게 보낸 커스텀 미션과 수락/거절 상태가 저장될 수 있습니다.
  • 알림 정보: 사용자가 알림을 켠 경우, 친구 요청이나 미션 완료 소식을 보내기 위해 Firebase Cloud Messaging 토큰이 저장될 수 있습니다.
  • 기기 및 앱 운영 정보: 앱 실행, 동기화 상태, 오류 대응 등 서비스 운영에 필요한 최소한의 기술 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.

2. 정보 이용 목적

  • 사용자 조건에 맞는 미션 추천, 미션 진행, 완료 기록 저장
  • 친구 추가, 그룹 만들기, 친구 또는 그룹과 미션 완료 공유
  • 취향 지도, 배지, XP, 미션팩 등 개인화 기능 제공
  • 사진 공유 시 안전성 검토 및 부적절한 사진 노출 방지
  • 사용자가 허용한 경우 친구 요청 및 새 완료 기록 알림 제공
  • 서비스 안정성 유지, 부정 사용 방지, 고객 문의 대응

3. 사진 안전 검토 및 외부 서비스

사용자가 미션 완료 사진을 친구에게 공유하면, 사진은 먼저 Google Firebase Cloud Functions를 통해 처리될 수 있으며 Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch 기능을 이용해 성인물, 폭력성, 선정성 등 부적절할 수 있는 이미지를 자동 검토할 수 있습니다. 검토 결과에 따라 사진이 친구에게 공개되지 않거나 보류될 수 있습니다.

ODDAY 운영에 사용되는 주요 외부 서비스는 다음과 같습니다.

  • Google Firebase: 익명 인증, Firestore 데이터베이스, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging
  • Google Cloud Vision: 공유 사진의 SafeSearch 안전성 검토

4. 정보 공유 범위

ODDAY는 사용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 사용자가 친구 또는 그룹과 미션 완료를 공유한 경우, 해당 완료 기록과 사진은 사용자가 선택한 친구 또는 그룹 구성원에게 표시될 수 있습니다. 또한 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 위에 명시된 외부 처리 업체가 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 법령상 요구되는 경우 정보가 제공될 수 있습니다.

5. 보관 기간 및 삭제

  • 미션 기록, 친구 관계, 그룹 정보, 완료 사진은 계정이 유지되는 동안 저장될 수 있습니다.
  • 사용자는 앱 내에서 친구 연결 해제, 그룹 나가기, 일부 공유 기록 삭제 또는 숨김 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.
  • 전체 데이터 삭제를 원하는 경우 아래 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.
  • 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 로컬 데이터는 제거될 수 있으나, 클라우드에 동기화된 데이터 삭제는 별도 요청이 필요할 수 있습니다.

6. 앱 권한

  • 카메라: 미션 완료 사진을 촬영하기 위해 사용합니다.
  • 사진/미디어 접근: 갤러리에서 미션 완료 사진을 선택하기 위해 사용합니다.
  • 알림: 사용자가 허용한 경우 친구 요청, 미션 완료 소식 등 서비스 알림을 보내기 위해 사용합니다.
  • 인터넷: Firebase 동기화, 사진 업로드, 친구/그룹 기능 제공을 위해 사용합니다.

7. 아동 및 청소년 보호

ODDAY는 일상 미션과 친구 공유를 위한 서비스이며, 학생도 사용할 수 있도록 안전한 미션과 제한된 커스텀 미션 구조를 지향합니다. 사용자는 얼굴, 신분증, 주소, 학교명, 연락처 등 민감하거나 식별 가능한 정보가 담긴 사진을 공유하지 않도록 주의해야 합니다. 보호자가 미성년자의 데이터 삭제를 요청하려면 아래 연락처로 문의할 수 있습니다.

8. 보안

데이터는 암호화된 연결을 통해 전송되며, Firebase 보안 규칙을 통해 각 사용자가 접근할 수 있는 정보 범위를 제한합니다. 다만 인터넷 기반 서비스의 특성상 완전한 보안을 보장할 수는 없으므로, 민감한 내용은 앱에 업로드하지 않는 것을 권장합니다.

9. 국외 이전 및 처리

ODDAY는 Google Firebase 및 Google Cloud와 같은 글로벌 클라우드 서비스를 사용하므로, 사용자의 정보가 거주 국가 외의 지역에서 저장 또는 처리될 수 있습니다.

10. 방침 변경

본 개인정보처리방침은 서비스 변경 또는 관련 법령에 따라 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 본 페이지의 최종 업데이트 날짜를 변경하여 고지합니다.

ODDAYは、ユーザーが時間・予算・エネルギーに合わせた小さなミッションを受け取り、 写真や短い記録で完了を残し、友だちやグループと共有できるアプリです。 本ポリシーは、ODDAYが取り扱う情報とその保護方法について説明します。

1. 収集または処理する情報

  • 匿名アカウント情報：ODDAYは基本的にFirebase匿名ログインを使用します。氏名やメールアドレスの入力は必須ではなく、アプリ内データを紐づけるためにランダムな匿名ユーザーIDが作成されます。
  • プロフィールおよび友だち情報：ニックネーム、友だちコード、言語設定、友だち申請、友だち関係、ブロックまたは接続解除の状態などが保存される場合があります。
  • ミッション記録：選択した時間・予算・エネルギー、推薦またはカスタムミッション、開始/完了状態、完了回数、XP、バッジ、好みマップの統計などが保存される場合があります。
  • 完了記録：ユーザーが入力した短い感想、選択したリアクション、ミッション名、完了時刻、共有先情報が保存される場合があります。
  • 写真：ユーザーがカメラで撮影した写真、またはギャラリーから選択したミッション完了写真は、ユーザーが共有を選んだ場合にFirebase Storageへアップロードされる場合があります。
  • 友だち・グループ活動：グループ名、グループ絵文字、メンバーID、グループミッションの進行状況、友だちに送ったカスタムミッションと承認/拒否状態が保存される場合があります。
  • 通知情報：ユーザーが通知をオンにした場合、友だち申請やミッション完了のお知らせを送るためにFirebase Cloud Messagingトークンが保存される場合があります。
  • 端末およびアプリ運用情報：アプリの実行、同期状態、エラー対応など、サービス運用に必要な最小限の技術情報が処理される場合があります。

2. 情報の利用目的

  • ユーザー条件に合ったミッションの推薦、ミッション進行、完了記録の保存
  • 友だち追加、グループ作成、友だちまたはグループとのミッション完了共有
  • 好みマップ、バッジ、XP、ミッションパックなどのパーソナライズ機能の提供
  • 写真共有時の安全性確認および不適切な写真の表示防止
  • ユーザーが許可した場合の友だち申請や新しい完了記録の通知
  • サービスの安定性維持、不正利用防止、お問い合わせ対応

3. 写真の安全確認および外部サービス

ユーザーがミッション完了写真を友だちに共有する場合、写真はGoogle Firebase Cloud Functionsを通じて処理され、 Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch機能により、成人向け・暴力的・性的など不適切な可能性のある画像かどうかを自動確認する場合があります。 確認結果によっては、写真が友だちに公開されない、または保留される場合があります。

ODDAYの運営に使用する主な外部サービスは以下のとおりです。

  • Google Firebase：匿名認証、Firestoreデータベース、Cloud Storage、Cloud Functions、Cloud Messaging
  • Google Cloud Vision：共有写真のSafeSearch安全確認

4. 情報の共有範囲

ODDAYはユーザーの個人情報を販売しません。ユーザーが友だちまたはグループとミッション完了を共有した場合、 その完了記録と写真は、ユーザーが選択した友だちまたはグループメンバーに表示される場合があります。 また、サービス運営に必要な範囲で上記の外部処理事業者が情報を処理する場合があり、法令により求められる場合には情報を提供することがあります。

5. 保存期間および削除

  • ミッション記録、友だち関係、グループ情報、完了写真は、アカウントが維持されている間保存される場合があります。
  • ユーザーはアプリ内で友だち接続の解除、グループ退出、一部共有記録の削除または非表示機能を利用できます。
  • すべてのデータの削除を希望する場合は、下記のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。
  • アプリを削除すると端末内のローカルデータは削除される場合がありますが、クラウドに同期されたデータの削除には別途依頼が必要な場合があります。

6. アプリの権限

  • カメラ：ミッション完了写真を撮影するために使用します。
  • 写真/メディアへのアクセス：ギャラリーからミッション完了写真を選択するために使用します。
  • 通知：ユーザーが許可した場合、友だち申請やミッション完了のお知らせなどを送信するために使用します。
  • インターネット：Firebase同期、写真アップロード、友だち/グループ機能を提供するために使用します。

7. 子どもおよび青少年の保護

ODDAYは日常ミッションと友だち共有のためのサービスであり、学生も利用できるよう安全なミッションと制限されたカスタムミッション構造を目指しています。 ユーザーは、顔、身分証、住所、学校名、連絡先など、機微または識別可能な情報を含む写真を共有しないよう注意してください。 保護者が未成年者のデータ削除を希望する場合は、下記の連絡先までお問い合わせください。

8. セキュリティ

データは暗号化された接続を通じて送信され、Firebaseセキュリティルールにより各ユーザーがアクセスできる情報の範囲を制限します。 ただし、インターネット上のサービスの性質上、完全な安全性を保証することはできないため、機微な内容をアプリにアップロードしないことをおすすめします。

9. 国外での保存および処理

ODDAYはGoogle FirebaseおよびGoogle Cloudなどのグローバルなクラウドサービスを使用するため、 ユーザーの情報が居住国以外の地域で保存または処理される場合があります。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは、サービス内容の変更または関連法令に応じて更新される場合があります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの最終更新日を変更してお知らせします。

ODDAY Privacy Policy

ODDAY is an app where users receive small missions based on their available time, budget, and energy, record completion with photos and short notes, and share missions with friends or groups. This policy explains what information ODDAY handles and how it is protected.

1. Information We Collect or Process

  • Anonymous account information: ODDAY uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication by default. We do not require your name or email address. A random anonymous user ID is created to connect your app data to your account.
  • Profile and friend information: Nickname, friend code, language setting, friend requests, friendships, and blocked or disconnected status may be stored.
  • Mission records: Selected time, budget, and energy, recommended or custom missions, mission start/completion status, completion count, XP, badges, and taste-map statistics may be stored.
  • Completion records: Short notes written by the user, selected reactions, mission title, completion time, and sharing audience may be stored.
  • Photos: Mission completion photos taken with the camera or selected from the gallery may be uploaded to Firebase Storage when the user chooses to share a completion.
  • Friend and group activity: Group names, group emoji, member IDs, group mission progress, custom missions sent to friends, and accept/decline status may be stored.
  • Notification information: If the user enables notifications, a Firebase Cloud Messaging token may be stored to send friend requests and mission completion notifications.
  • Device and app operation information: Minimal technical information needed for app operation, synchronization, and error handling may be processed.

2. How We Use Information

  • To recommend missions based on user conditions, run missions, and save completion records.
  • To add friends, create groups, and share mission completions with friends or groups.
  • To provide personalized features such as taste maps, badges, XP, and mission packs.
  • To review shared photos for safety and prevent inappropriate photos from being shown.
  • To send friend request and new completion notifications if the user allows notifications.
  • To maintain service stability, prevent abuse, and respond to user inquiries.

3. Photo Safety Review and Third-Party Services

When a user shares a mission completion photo with friends, the photo may be processed through Google Firebase Cloud Functions and reviewed using Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch to detect potentially inappropriate content such as adult, violent, or sexual imagery. Depending on the review result, the photo may be hidden from friends or held for safety.

The main third-party services used to operate ODDAY are:

  • Google Firebase: Anonymous Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Messaging.
  • Google Cloud Vision: SafeSearch safety review for shared photos.

4. Sharing of Information

ODDAY does not sell personal information. If a user shares a mission completion with friends or a group, that completion record and photo may be visible to the friends or group members selected by the user. Information may also be processed by the service providers listed above as necessary to operate the app, or disclosed where required by law.

5. Retention and Deletion

  • Mission records, friendships, group information, and completion photos may be stored while the account remains active.
  • Users may disconnect friends, leave groups, and delete or hide certain shared records within the app.
  • Users may request deletion of all data by contacting us at the email address below.
  • Deleting the app may remove local data stored on the device, but cloud-synced data may require a separate deletion request.

6. App Permissions

  • Camera: Used to take mission completion photos.
  • Photos/Media access: Used to select mission completion photos from the gallery.
  • Notifications: Used to send service notifications such as friend requests and mission completions, only if the user allows them.
  • Internet: Used for Firebase synchronization, photo uploads, and friend/group features.

7. Children and Teen Safety

ODDAY is designed for everyday missions and friend sharing, with safe missions and a restricted custom mission structure suitable for student users. Users should avoid sharing photos that contain faces, IDs, addresses, school names, contact details, or other sensitive or identifiable information. Parents or guardians may contact us below to request deletion of a minor's data.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and Firebase security rules restrict what information each user can access. However, no internet-based service can guarantee complete security, so we recommend that users do not upload sensitive information to the app.

9. International Storage and Processing

ODDAY uses global cloud services such as Google Firebase and Google Cloud. User information may therefore be stored or processed in regions outside the user's country of residence.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the service changes or when required by applicable laws. If there are important changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.
