Hearty Village ("the app", "we") is an emotion diary app. You write diary entries, an AI analyzes the emotions in them, and matching "fairy" characters appear in your village. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

1. Information We Collect

  • Diary content — the text (and voice input converted to text) you write in your diary.
  • Emotion data — the emotions identified from your entries and related records (fairy collection, levels, weekly summaries).
  • Account information — if you sign in with Google, your account identifier and email address. You may also use the app with an anonymous account, in which case no email is collected.
  • Subscription/usage records — number of analyses used and subscription status, to operate free limits and premium features.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide the core service: analyzing emotions in your entries and showing fairies, records, and reflections.
  • To save your data to the cloud so it stays available across devices.
  • To operate free-usage limits and premium subscriptions.

3. AI Processing & Third Parties

To analyze emotions, your diary text is sent to our secure server (Google Firebase Cloud Functions) and then to Anthropic's Claude AI for processing. The text is used only to generate your emotion analysis and is not used to train AI models. Service providers we rely on:

  • Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Functions) — cloud storage and processing.
  • Anthropic (Claude API) — emotion analysis of diary text.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and kept while your account exists, so your records remain available across devices. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed above that are necessary to operate the app, or where required by law.

6. Children

This app is designed for all ages with a warm, non-clinical tone. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or counseling. If a child uses the app, we recommend it be with the awareness of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect more information than necessary to provide the service.

7. Your Choices & Rights

  • You can use the app with an anonymous account without providing an email.
  • You can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us below.
  • You can uninstall the app at any time to stop further data collection.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on Google Firebase with access restricted so that each user can only access their own data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

마음 요정 마을('본 앱', '저희')은 감정 일기 앱입니다. 사용자가 일기를 쓰면 AI가 그 안의 감정을 분석하고, 어울리는 '요정' 캐릭터가 마을에 나타납니다. 본 방침은 저희가 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

  • 일기 내용 — 사용자가 작성한 일기 텍스트(음성 입력이 텍스트로 변환된 것 포함).
  • 감정 데이터 — 일기에서 분석된 감정과 관련 기록(요정 도감, 레벨, 주간 분석 등).
  • 계정 정보 — Google 계정으로 로그인할 경우 계정 식별자와 이메일 주소. 익명 계정으로도 이용할 수 있으며, 이 경우 이메일은 수집되지 않습니다.
  • 구독/이용 기록 — 무료 분석 사용 횟수, 구독 상태(무료 한도와 프리미엄 기능 운영을 위함).

2. 정보의 이용 목적

  • 핵심 서비스 제공: 일기 속 감정을 분석하고 요정·기록·돌아보기를 제공합니다.
  • 데이터를 클라우드에 저장하여 기기를 바꿔도 기록이 유지되도록 합니다.
  • 무료 이용 한도 및 프리미엄 구독을 운영합니다.

3. AI 처리 및 제3자 제공

감정 분석을 위해 일기 텍스트는 저희의 보안 서버(Google Firebase Cloud Functions)를 거쳐 Anthropic의 Claude AI로 전송되어 처리됩니다. 해당 텍스트는 감정 분석 결과 생성에만 사용되며, AI 모델 학습에는 사용되지 않습니다. 저희가 이용하는 서비스 제공자는 다음과 같습니다.

  • Google Firebase(인증, Firestore 데이터베이스, Cloud Functions) — 클라우드 저장 및 처리.
  • Anthropic(Claude API) — 일기 텍스트의 감정 분석.

4. 데이터 보관 및 보유 기간

데이터는 Google Firebase(Firestore)에 저장되며, 계정이 존재하는 동안 보관되어 기기 간에 기록이 유지됩니다. 언제든지 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다(제7항 참고).

5. 데이터 공유

저희는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 앱 운영에 필요한 위 서비스 제공자 또는 법령상 요구되는 경우를 제외하고는 제3자와 공유하지 않습니다.

6. 아동에 관하여

본 앱은 따뜻하고 비임상적인 톤으로 전 연령을 대상으로 설계되었습니다. 의학적 진단·치료·상담을 제공하지 않습니다. 아동이 이용하는 경우 보호자의 인지 하에 이용하기를 권장합니다. 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위를 넘어서는 정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 이용자의 선택과 권리

  • 이메일 제공 없이 익명 계정으로 앱을 이용할 수 있습니다.
  • 아래 연락처로 데이터 열람 또는 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
  • 언제든지 앱을 삭제하여 추가 데이터 수집을 중단할 수 있습니다.

8. 보안

데이터는 암호화된 연결로 전송되며, 각 사용자가 자신의 데이터에만 접근할 수 있도록 제한된 Google Firebase에 저장됩니다.

본 방침은 수시로 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 본 페이지에 새로운 '최종 업데이트' 날짜와 함께 반영됩니다.

ハーティビレッジ（「本アプリ」「当方」）は感情日記アプリです。ユーザーが日記を書くと、AIがその中の感情を分析し、ぴったりの「妖精」キャラクターが村に現れます。本ポリシーは、当方が取り扱う情報とその方法について説明します。

1. 収集する情報

  • 日記の内容 — ユーザーが書いた日記のテキスト（音声入力がテキストに変換されたものを含む）。
  • 感情データ — 日記から分析された感情および関連記録（妖精ずかん、レベル、週間ふりかえりなど）。
  • アカウント情報 — Googleアカウントでログインする場合、アカウント識別子とメールアドレス。匿名アカウントでも利用でき、その場合メールアドレスは収集されません。
  • サブスクリプション／利用記録 — 無料分析の利用回数、サブスクリプション状態（無料枠とプレミアム機能の運用のため）。

2. 情報の利用目的

  • 中核サービスの提供：日記の感情を分析し、妖精・記録・ふりかえりを提供します。
  • データをクラウドに保存し、機種を変更しても記録が引き継がれるようにします。
  • 無料利用枠およびプレミアムサブスクリプションを運用します。

3. AI処理および第三者提供

感情分析のため、日記のテキストは当方の安全なサーバー（Google Firebase Cloud Functions）を経由してAnthropicのClaude AIに送信され、処理されます。当該テキストは感情分析結果の生成のみに使用され、AIモデルの学習には使用されません。当方が利用するサービス提供者は以下のとおりです。

  • Google Firebase（認証、Firestoreデータベース、Cloud Functions）— クラウド保存および処理。
  • Anthropic（Claude API）— 日記テキストの感情分析。

4. データの保存および保有期間

データはGoogle Firebase（Firestore）に保存され、アカウントが存在する間保持され、機種間で記録が引き継がれます。いつでも削除を要請できます（第7項参照）。

5. データの共有

当方は個人情報を販売しません。アプリ運営に必要な上記サービス提供者、または法令で求められる場合を除き、第三者と共有しません。

6. 子どもについて

本アプリは、あたたかく非臨床的なトーンで全年齢を対象に設計されています。医学的な診断・治療・カウンセリングは提供しません。お子様が利用する場合は、保護者の認識のもとでの利用を推奨します。サービス提供に必要な範囲を超える情報を故意に収集することはありません。

7. ユーザーの選択と権利

  • メールアドレスを提供せず、匿名アカウントでアプリを利用できます。
  • 下記の連絡先までデータの閲覧または削除を要請できます。
  • いつでもアプリをアンインストールして、以降のデータ収集を停止できます。

8. セキュリティ

データは暗号化された接続で送信され、各ユーザーが自分のデータにのみアクセスできるよう制限されたGoogle Firebaseに保存されます。

9. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは随時更新されることがあります。重要な変更は、新しい「最終更新日」とともに本ページに反映されます。
